Technical Scope
This project encompasses the full design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of a Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) processing plant, including all associated infrastructure and regulatory requirements. The objective is to deliver a fully operational, compliant, and efficient mineral processing facility.
1. Engineering Design and Planning
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies and site assessments
- Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs
- Design structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
2. Civil Works
- Site clearing, grading, and excavation
- Construction of equipment foundations and plant structures
- Development of access roads and drainage systems
- Construction of offices, control rooms, and storage facilities
3. Steel Structures and Mechanical Installation
- Fabrication and erection of structural steel frameworks
- Installation of tanks, agitators, conveyors, and pumps
- Assembly of mechanical systems for ore processing
- Implementation of corrosion protection measures
4. Tailings Storage Facility (TSF)
- Design and construction of TSF systems
- Installation of liners and seepage control systems
- Monitoring systems for environmental safety
- Development of tailings management plans
5. Process Water Systems
- Installation of water supply and distribution systems
- Construction of reservoirs and pumping stations
- Implementation of water recycling systems
- Integration of water treatment solutions
6. Environmental Compliance
- Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
- Develop Environmental Management Plans (EMP)
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Manage waste, emissions, and water usage
7. Mineral Rights Acquisition
- Acquire required mineral rights and licenses
- Liaise with regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with mining laws
- Handle documentation and approvals
8. Procurement and Logistics
- Procurement of equipment and materials

9. Construction Management and Supervision
