In March 2025, Afrilime Mineral Processing Solution was contracted by Jema Africa to undertake the construction of a Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) Processing Plant and Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) at Mhalo Village. The scope of work included the full construction of the CIP processing plant infrastructure, installation and commissioning of mineral processing equipment, and the development of a fully compliant Tailings Storage Facility (TSF). The project also involved comprehensive supervision of all construction activities to ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards. Afrilime executed the project with a strong focus on operational efficiency, environmental responsibility, and quality assurance, delivering infrastructure designed to support sustainable mineral processing operations.
